Description
Our Joist Hanging Bars (JHB) can be attached to existing exposed ceiling or floor joists for hanging climbing nets, ropes, ladders, rings, etc. The JHB-4 consists of 1 ea 4’6″ long 1.25″ square steel bar with 2ea 1/2″ x 2″ x 9″ steel hanging brackets connected by Grade 8 1/2″ bolts. The hanging bar sits approximately 3″ below joist when installed.
Can also be custom ordered in 8′, 10′ and 12′ widths. Mounting hardware for standard joist included (1-1/2″). Ropes, nets, ladders, rings etc. must be ordered seperately. Climbing ropes and nets must be hung from structurally adequate structure which will exceed any load placed on the equipment. Jammar is not responsible for the structural adequacy of the building structure.
Please note, this hanger is not considered a permanent fixture and requires periodic inspection to ensure top performance. Safe working load rating for the JHB Series hanging bars is 1000 lbs.
