Please use your standard purchase order form when ordering by mail. Be certain to include your name, phone number, JAMMAR catalog item numbers, descriptions, quantities and unit prices as well as sizes whenever applicable.
Customer accepts responsibility to measure and provide written explanations which must accompany all custom orders. Custom orders are not returnable. We cannot process an order without clear and precise information on type, number of, and location of knots on climbing ropes orders.

Any expensed incurred from inaccurate address charges will be billed to customer.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours may necessitate restocking and/or shipping fees.
Payment terms are NET 30 with credit approval. We accept credit card payments from AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We can ship CIA and COD for UPS shipments for those without established credit.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to honor published prices.
All shipments are FOB, CT. We ship UPS ground, UPS air and UPS hundredweight service. We will honor to the best of our ability other arrangements such as freight collect and/or 3rd party billing when properly notified. Please call for any motor freight requests.
Inspect your Shipment
When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Make sure all safety, installation and use documentation is given to the proper person.
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns, which covers handling, processing, inspection, and repackaging. Custom orders which include special sizes and/or items where knots have been added cannot be returned for credit. Ropes under 18 feet cannot be returned. Alteration or modification of the product voids any warranty
You must obtain authorization before returning any product for any reason. Contact our customer service department. You will be given a return authorization number and the merchandise-return address. All return shipments must appear on all packages and paperwork. Return authorization will only be given for items shipped within 1 year. Return authorization are cancelled after 30 days. Damaged claims must be made within 30 days.
JAMMAR Manufacturing Co Inc’s policy regarding product liability of our products to our dealers is to provide the normal and necessary 2M aggregate 1M combined coverage policy with the added service of adding any dealer to our policy as a ‘co-insured’. We do not agree to any ‘indemnity agreements’ or ‘hold harmless’ clauses which no representative of JAMMAR MFG may overturn. We also do not agree to any documents such as purchase orders, request for quotes, e-mail disclaimers, etc with ‘indemnity’ or ‘hold harmless’ language that seeks to bind us into either of these agreements and override JAMMAR’s product liability terms and conditions.
Our dealers are responsible for representing JAMMAR products for use ‘as intended’ by JAMMAR. It is also our dealers responsibility to inform their customers via all forms of sales and marketing media and customer service of all applicable disclaimers including safe use, maintenance and limitations of each product. This information is readily available from JAMMAR.
JAMMAR will be responsible for defective products, defective materials, defective workmanship, infringements on trademarks, patents or copyright interests and labeling laws and regulations.
GENERAL POLICY ON WARRANTY INFORMATION
JAMMAR Manufacturing Company Inc. provides you with the finest equipment possible. All products are fabricated from top-quality materials and made to our own high standards in our own facilities.
JAMMAR’S guarantee is as follows: Seller warrants to the customer that the products herein sold are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date hereof. This warranty is Seller’s sole warranty here under and does not cover, and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of the Seller whether under this warranty or under any warranty implied by law, for any indirect or consequential damages for breach hereof or thereof. Any and all warrants implied by law shall be limited to one (1) year from the date hereof.
Seller’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, or at its option, replace, at its expense, any defective part or parts. Buyer must receive Seller’s written approval to return part or parts from inspection and no charges for repair will be accepted by Seller without its written authorization. Seller specifically excludes any warranty expressed or implied for any product which has been manufactured according to buyer’s own design, prints, or specifications.
Installation of our products is the responsibility of the Buyer who assumes any liability for damage to property or injury. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot, however, guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use. All merchandise is sold on this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change. Equipment should be inspected periodically by user for damage and wear and tested for stability.
All sporting and PE activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant contributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce the risk to the users.
